The team at William James have been working together since 1993 and have been providing tailored financial solutions to thousands of clients throughout the UK over the years. The team have been integral in the arrangement of approximately £10 Billion of finance, debt and asset advice.

William James are extremely proud to have been able to continue to provide advice to clients through good times and bad.

Circumstances change and professional advice is always available for those who may find themselves in financial difficulty.

We fully believe that we are nothing without our clients, and we are fully aware that you have many choices when deciding who to choose to provide advice. For this reason all our advisers and work colleagues sign up to the following.

The William James Service Charter

In all our dealings with you, we will

• treat everyone who uses our services, fairly and equally
• work in partnership, co-operating with other individuals and organisations
• be punctual, reliable, courteous and friendly

If you write to us, you can expect us to do the following

• answer any messages or emails within 24 hours - if we can't provide a reply within this time, we will acknowledge your email, in writing or by telephone, and give you a date by which we expect to give you a more detailed response
• send all postal communications by first-class mail
• use plain English
• avoid using technical terms, abbreviations and acronyms
• sign all our letters with our name and job title, together with a direct line telephone number or extension and email address, if appropriate

If you telephone us

• our telephone switchboards will be open 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
• outside office hours, you can leave messages on our telephone answering machine
• we will deal with all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages for colleagues as necessary
• our staff will tell you their name
